Enrique Goytizolo Scholarship

2022 Scholarship Recipient

The Fairhaven Historical Society is proud to announce the winner of the 2022 Enrique Goytizolo Scholarship to Olivia Quintin, a senior at Fairhaven High School.

She will be attending Bridgewater State in the fall of 2022 with a focus in Biology.

Olivia’s essay focused on her growing up in Fairhaven and attending Rogers School and how her experiences in Fairhaven have helped shape her deep interest in the sciences.

As a recommendation from one of her teachers expresses: “She will stand out among the newly matriculated students as an intellectually curious learner who is invested in the experience and in contributing to what is known about her field of study.”

Congratulations to Olivia!
